Bringing in the shot roll, processing successfully and making a good contact sheet for 2nd Quarter Grade.
On Midterm day, your mid term grade will be to make a final 11x14 Print and an 8x10 Print and have a critique as well as finish an in class artists statement.

-Take all the contents in your pockets / purse / backpack and arrange them into an interesting - photograph
-Photograph people holding hands
-Capture a happy or sad mood
-Photograph someone Jumping
-Photograph someone Running
-Photograph someone Laughing
-What is love? Photograph it
-Photograph an interesting Window
-Photograph an interesting Door
-Find a really cool pattern and photograph it
-Photograph a reflection
-Go to a street corner and Photograph the first interesting thing you see
Your artist statement should consist of a few short but well-written paragraphs that include the following information: (Should be written in the first person present tense- "I am")
Paragraph 1: Why do you create the work you do? Support this statment by telling the reader more about your goals as an artist.
Paragraph 2: Tell the reader how you come to the decisions you make before, during, and after creating your artwork. Why do you select the media, style, or subject matter that you do. Be specific but keep this fairly brief.
Paragraph 3: Tell the reader more about your current/most recent work. How did this work grow out of prior artwork or life experiences? What are you exploring, attempting or challenging by doing this work?
